We have been busy building our network of educators to increase our short and long term pools for Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland. We have teachers who would love to hear about your vacancies! We place teachers from Albany to Darwin, from Kununurra to Alice Springs. Whether you’re in a remote community, a coastal town or an island, we can help you find teachers!

Founded by experienced remote educators, we understand the positives and the challenges of remote life as well as the qualities needed to thrive, as we have excelled in these settings ourselves. To ensure our teachers are suitable, we obtain resumes, pre-interview and reference check all candidates before they enter our pool of teachers. We also provide teachers with Trauma-Informed Practice in Education course by the Australian Childhood Foundation, a cultural competency course by the Stronger Smarter Institute (1 term + contracts) and mental health/first aid training (6 month+ contracts).

The employment and retainment of quality staff has a significant impact on the students, therefore attention is taken to ensure the candidates are suitable.
